Mission Hill Middle School identfed the need for a safe and attractve area for students to wait for parent pick up, thus we worked closely with the site commitee to develop a program to meet the needs of a shade structure for students to be protected from the elements. Our design incorporated elements from the exisitng john donavon designed (1920s) spanish colonial / mission style historic building. The result is an architectural element that appears to have been on site as if it was part of the original constructon.
