Scope
Removal of any existing components in the area of work to facilitate new construction including all existing striping in area of work. Install new slurry seal in area of work and AC patching/overlay with new parking and driveway striping. Trenching to connect utilities to the new building including sewer and water connections. Installation of data routing and power runs for the entire project. Coordination with PC building manufacturer for building delivery and installation and inspection installation of an accessible ramp to the District Office entry.

Mandatory pre-bid conference

All bidders are required to sign in prior to the meeting.
Site Visit is expected to take 40 minutes.
Failure to attend or tardiness will render bidder ineligible.
Contract Documents will be available on or after January 22nd, 2026 and will be available on https://www.ssfusd.org/apps/pages/construction under "District Office Annex Portable, Proj. No. 21-25"
Bids Due
The District shall receive bids only by electronic submission. Bids must be received by the District no later than 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at the following email address: rkitchens@ssfusd.org. The official time for determining timely receipt of bids shall be the District’s email server time stamp. The District shall not be responsible for, and no bid shall be deemed timely due to, transmission delays, internet service interruptions, email filtering, corruption, file size limitations, or any other technical issues beyond the District’s control. Bids received after the stated deadline, or submitted to any other email address, shall be deemed non-responsive and will not be opened or considered. At the time designated for bid opening, the District will open all timely received bids. A bid tabulation or summary of results will be made available to the bidding pool following the bid opening in accordance with applicable law.
