Complete renovation of main building's 432 square foot Boy's Restroom. Work includes demolition of existing fixtures, partitions, flooring, ceiling, and finishes, along with hazardous waste abatement. New construction includes plumbing, mechanical, electrical, ceiling, wall, and floor finishes, ADA-compliant toilet partitions, lavatories, urinals, and related specialty items. Additional work includes painting, carpentry, signage, floor drains, and minor structural modifications. All work must comply with current building codes and DSA requirements.
